Game : Death Stranding 2 - On the Beach

Someone had accessed my account unauthorised 1 week back and I reached out to support regarding this. I had 2FA already enabled and immediately changed my password and unlinked my accounts when I found out about this.
Now the people in support absolutely have no idea what is happening. I had given them all the proof and explained the problem with evidence. They keep on pasting random messages and now I am forced to delete my fully stacked account that I have been playing ever since CODM was released.
For folks putting money into this game, please be aware of this incompetent money hungry company. I am losing close to 10k dollars due to this reason.
