I have a friend, 65M born in Mexico who needs to speak with a gender therapist. Ideally this person would be familiar with Mexican culture and speak fluent Spanish. Does anyone have recommendations? Bonus points for a Dr that does gender care who also speaks Spanish and is at least familiar with Mexican culture.
