Advice - Mount 20lb Mirror on Tile/Drywall

The previous home owner installed a built-in bar against the wall. I removed a glued plastic decorative piece from the tile backing and would like to hang a 20lb mirror from the ceramic/drywall. Once I drill a hole through the ceramic, I am uncertain if the backing is flush against the drywall, or if there is a gap between (as shown in the photo). Also, if there is a gap, how would I install a drywall anchor to hang the mirror? I'm trying to avoid making a hole if I won't be able to hang the mirror.

Before buying a home, I had it tested for mold. Though there is no visible mold growth, the home had a higher spore count inside than outside. VaPure dry fogging was recommended to treat the air, drains, and hvac. I assume spores enter through cracks and crevices. What kind of company would one hire to seal proof a home? About a decade ago, the homeowner remodeled the kitchen but installed the cabinets poorly. I have a suspicion that holes within the cabinets lead to the crawlspace. would a piece of wood and sealant fix this problem or do y'all think the kitchen needs to be gutted to see what's behind? From someone with respiratory issues, I thought this would be a small fix, but it seems to be growing. Any advice is much appreciated.
