My budget is somewhere around $1.2k single person. I know that prices me out of the luxury apartments, but are there 1bd apartments that you would recommend, or ones you'd avoid? I'm moving from a place in IL that refuses to fix the window troughs in my in ground 1bd that constantly flood and leak water into my apartment any time it rains, so I would rather not have to deal with that in a new apartment as well.
