I have an XBox and a Nintendo switch. Both have all the component cords to get them running, but I don't have controllers for either. I know these are old, outdated systems, but I also know that there are people who could use them. If interested, just comment below. This is the only place I'm posting this. I've lived in my house for over 10 years, and have formed a pretty good friendship with three neighbor who lives behind me. He's an older guy in his late seventies who plans on staying in the house until he dies. He keeps up with the property, but he is on a fixed budget, so he does most of the years work himself.
There's an area between our houses that belongs to him, but is on a fairly steep incline and is somewhat neglected. In this space, there are at least 3 and maybe 4 oak trees that have sprouted up in the last few years. They all look very healthy and stand between 8-12' tall (it's hard to tell exactly because of the incline). He's an older guy, and I know when he dies or moves out, whoever moves in is just going to chop them down. He's also pretty eco-conscious (a few years ago, another tree between our property became diseased, and he actually convinced me to split the cost of trying to have it saved before chopping it down. His plan worked and the tree still stands), so I was considering talking to him and seeing if he'd be open to letting someone take them and transplant them somewhere they could live a long and healthy life. I'm wondering if there's anyone (or maybe any organization) who might have a use for them and be able to take and transplant them?
