Anyone successfully lose weight while training? What worked for you?

Also interested in book recs if possible that are specific to woman.

Ive gained like 15 lbs the past year and a half and am not digging it. Im seeing a dietician already who talks to me about fueling but feel like they are on the antidiet side. I want it to be sustainable obviously and not to make training collapse.

Wierd question maybe. Want to dress up for a race. And pondering on how to put something together that won't be uncomfortable AF.
