Front teeth wiggly.

I know they need to wiggle to move but I don’t see many ppl talking about how terrifying it is to be able to wiggle your front (crowded) teeth. This is why my trays are only off for maybe 1.5 - 2 hours max per day.
Anybody else super stressed about being able to move your front teeth?? I’m only

3 day tray change

Anybody doing 3 day trays with OrthoPulse everyday?
I’m going to a top adult Invisalign orthodontist - I’m in my late 50’s. Told my journey would be 18 months, have overbite, very narrow jaw and crowding.
I have 53 trays home with me at once. When I look at tray 53, my smile looks perfect (to me.). That would make 5.5 months. I’m wondering if I can stop right there if all is tracking as it should be. I was told patients using OrthoPulse can reduce their treatment time by 30-40% and I’ve seen patients that have done it.
Trying to find anyone else with a treatment plan like mine.
