Does this tire look normal?

I just bought these two tires on Marketplace. They are new - (Kenda Bear claw). When I took the plastic wrapping off I noticed the sidewall on the tire of the left "bulged out" while the others did not. AI is providing mixed feedback as to whether this is normal with a new unmounted tire. Does anyone know here?

True FIRE is no longer viable.

Elevated inflation rates mean 40-50-60 year long retirements are no longer possible for regular folk.
