Looking for a good way to mix PC and smartphone audio into one output
Hey everyone,
I'm looking for an efficient way to combine audio from my PC and smartphone into a single output. Google pointed me to AudioRelay, but honestly the experience has been pretty bad for me, with noticeable latency and reliability issues.
Does anyone know of any better alternatives?
What I'm trying to achieve is not just standard multipoint connectivity where the headphones switch between devices. I'd like the audio from both the PC and the phone to be mixed together and played simultaneously through the same output, so I can hear sounds from both devices at the same time.
I'm open to software solutions, hardware solutions, or a combination of both. What are you guys using for this kind of setup?
Workaround for YouTube Issues
On my Galaxy S23 Ultra, I couldn't find any way to fix these issues. I've tried everything that was recommended, but the app still freezes, takes forever to start, randomly drops to low video quality, and sometimes the quality settings are locked.
The only thing that actually worked for me was installing an APK of YouTube Revanced version 20.14.43 (I think it's from earlier this year) and rolling back to that version. Since then, it's been working about 99.9% of the time. I still notice a few minor issues when watching Shorts, but compared to the latest versions, it's night and day.
