Hey

I have cleared the cache, deleted the app and reinstalled

It used to last 30 mins before crashing but now every 20 seconds cuts and chucks me out. Doesn't matter if it's the "app" or YouTube etc, just when I am on the Firestick

I've done every suggestion

Firestick is 5 years old

TV is 6 years old and is smart

I'm at my wits end
