The waist line is just at the belt height, Has anyone else experienced this or is my build just fucked?

Very good piece for just $60, The sleeves are a little bit too long imo but other than that quality is pretty good for what you pay. I like it so much that I'm probably going to order a size 2 aswell. Stats is 6'3 210lbs 20%~ bf
