Help me

Hi, I’m 24 years old. I’ve been dealing with depression for about 6 or 7 years, and for the past 4 years I’ve also had chronic symptoms such as headaches, neck pain, and frequent urination. It can be so intense that sometimes I have to go every 10 minutes. How am I supposed to live a normal life with this? It feels impossible. Even going out into town is a challenge because I need to know that there will be toilets everywhere, otherwise I get anxious.
I started doing TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), for those who are familiar with it. Yesterday, after one of my sessions, it seems like some of my past traumas and negative thoughts were brought back to the surface. Eckhart Tolle wrote something along the lines of: “If you are unable to feel your emotions, they will eventually manifest on the physical level as chronic pain.” I’m now feeling my anxiety again, whereas before I was completely disconnected from my emotions. However, my symptoms are still there, and they’re actually a little stronger than before.
I’ve heard about journaling as a method. Could someone explain to me how I’m supposed to do it? Am I simply supposed to write down everything that comes into my mind in a notebook, or is there a specific method I should follow?
I really need some help and guidance. I understand the concept behind Sarno’s work, and I’ve read excerpts from his book, although I haven’t read the entire book yet.
Thank you for your help ❤️
