Any tips on how to improve it?

I'm thinking of doing these for my a levels and at uni I'm considering doing neuroscience, but I'm not sure if these options are going to close too many doors? I was looking at many unis and a lot of them need bio and the second sciences accepted often included psychology, but I've heard people saying doing maths or chem would be better? However I'm not sure if I like chemistry but maths idm.
