Just hit €1850 on „book of Helios“ at Spincrest. KYC approved same day. That was 12 days ago. Support says „still processing“ every time.
I looked up the operator Rabidi N.V. Never heard of them before. Now I’m wondering: is this normal for Rabidi or should I be worried?
Has anyone depth with them? And more importantly which other casinos are under Rabidi so I can avoid them in future? I’m not naming Casino just in case they pay but am losing patience.
