Art tablets

Hello!! A few years ago I bought a Picasso art tablet, and in all honesty I loved it but it’s just so janky and slow; and it Dosent run procreate or anything else that I know how to use so I’m stuck using ibis paint which is even worse.

I’m considering buying a new tablet, and I need recommendations on what to splurge on, and what program you’d recommend running on it

Signs of period returning?

Hi!! the past few days I’ve been experiencing cramps that feel exactly like my old menstrual cycle. Also way more snacky and hungry than usual, which is a bit distressing for me but I’m pushing through and letting my body have what it needs. My libido is also slowly coming back. Are these signs that I’ll get my cycle soon??

For the women who fast

Hello!! I started fasting late last year, And unfortunately it caused me to lose my period. Are there any women in this group that have lost it as well? Can I ever fast again?? I felt great while fasting and it genuinely gave me so much mental clarity, but I don’t want to run the risk of getting osteoporosis.

Weight lifting

I have fully stopped cardio, And was doing just stretching and some yoga in the beginning of recovery, but in the past month I have fully fallen for weight lifting; the aspect of getting stronger, feeling better, and not being perceived as “frail” like I once was. It makes me feel great, but I didn’t even stop to consider until now that it might stop my period from returning? Is it possible to do strength training if I do no cardio?? It’s become my new hobby, and I truly adore it, but I desperately want my period back.

Misunderstanding hunger and hyper fixation on eating

Hi!! I’ve been in HA recovery since early April, And have gained my weight back shockingly fast. I’m feeling good and am no longer cold, less emotional, and my eyebags are no where near as bad. I can actually sleep through the night again!!

The one thing that hasn’t gone away, is my hyperfixation on food. I feel very little guilt or shame around food anymore, it’s more so just the fact that it’s constantly on my mind. I eat past psychical fullness, and regardless want to keep eating. I know extreme hunger is a thing, but I can confirm it’s not that anymore. This feels different than it did when it was. Not only is it psychically painful, mentally exhausting due to not being able to do anything after binging, But it’s also extremely expensive for my family and is causing a lot of tension.

Is this normal, or is this slowly turning into BED? it’s very exhausting… I’m happy to recover but holy fuck this is horrifically painful sometimes. I know I’m not full but I just continue to eat even if it’s a food I don’t particularly enjoy.
