Welcome to Day 1 of The Sundays bracket!
We'll be deciding which 2 songs move on based on the most upvoted comment. If you're still unfamiliar with how this bracket works, I encourage you to complete the Sundays bracket in the music cup app as well.
Comment the 2 songs you think deserve to move on to the next round. Voting ends tomorrow!
Tomorrow will mark the first day of the Sundays Community Bracket! I’m planning to follow the same style of bracket used by the music cup app. If you’re not familiar with it, I encourage you to check it out, but I’ll do my best to explain how it works.
In total, there are 40 officially released Sundays songs:
These songs will be randomly divided into groups of four (10 groups total) to start. Each day, we'll vote for our two favorite songs from that day's group. The top two songs will advance, while the other two will be eliminated.
After we've gone through all 10 groups, we'll be left with 20 songs. Since a standard bracket requires 32 songs, we'll have a revive day, where we'll vote to bring back 12 eliminated songs. Those 12 songs will join the 20 that originally advanced, giving us a full 32 song bracket.
The 32 songs will then be randomized, and from there it'll be a head to head, single elimination tournament until we have a winner.

I was driving home after a rough day and was feeling really sad. As soon as I got in the car, I turned on the sundays and listened to them for the whole two hour drive. The second Harriet started singing, it put the biggest smile on my face. That's why I love The Sundays.
