First sandbag to shoulder with the 150

I started training with sandbags a couple months ago, if you have any tips you are welcome :)

Hi guys, I wanted to learn some coding in python to do the qualification for the coding projects (now I'm a bilingual), I tought about getting a couple of books. Any suggestion? And how long could It take? Do you think it's worth the effort?
