My baby boy is 6 weeks old and is struggling with latching / breastfeeding a little. He’s gaining weight well, but it is painful for me to feed sometimes because of his shallow latch. I realized recently that it might be because of a lip tie preventing him from flaring out his top lip. Anyone have any experience with this issue around here?

Might be grasping at straws but just trying to find someone in a similar situation. Our baby boy is almost 6 weeks
