



Problem with Destination Pass on the App
Hi all! I have been in Pilates classes for about 14 weeks and I am really enjoying it. I recently switched from the 8 credits/month plan to Destination because I am about to move across the country and will be driving from California to Rhode Island in June.
I have had no problems booking classes on the app at my home studio, but when I try to book a class at another studio, the app states I am "out of credits" and redirects me to purchase individual classes at $45 apiece. When I try to book at my home studio, it just asks for confirmation that I want to book. The home screen of the app also states I have 0 credits when I am logged into another studio. The app knows that I have the destination package, it says so when I click "my membership" while logged into my home studio.
There is no support phone number and I'm not sure what to do. I leave for my trip soon and I want this cleared up. The girls working at my studio don't know what to do--should I escalate to the owner of the studio?
