I have a Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness 2024 model and am looking at hardshell RTTs that will fit on the car and also offer some level of spaciousness. Ideally I want something super easy to put away but I don’t want to give up the option of having a wider place to sleep.

I’m interested in Roofnest Falcon XL and Intrepid Geo 2.5 but concerned about the footprint on my vehicle. Does anyone have recommendations for a good hardshell tent to put on a Crosstrek or should I stick with a softshell tent?
