Its worse than I thought 😭

A couple weeks ago I just started studying for the CCNA. I’m on day 17/60 of Jeremy’s IT Lab. Recently realized the exam expires in Feb 2027. No problem, I thought. I’ll just do two videos per day, finish the course next month, study for a month, then take the exam in October.

Got to subnetting/vlans and oh no. I understand it and can do the problems but it takes me a long time. On top of I’m sure it gets harder and there’s so much stuff to memorize already. Now I’m wondering if 5 months will be enough. I need time to finish the remaining videos, practice in between, then also grind practice exams. I might get Neil Anderson’s Udemy course since it’s on sale for only 15$ now. Just in case I need more after JITL. And I’ve read the Boson Ex Sim is good. Any other advice?

What certification to take after A+

I just graduated with a CS degree and I’ve been applying to entry level IT jobs with no luck. I’ve been studying for the A+ but I decided I’m not going to take it because it’s expensive and the nearest testing date in my area is in october anyways. So I might as well study for a more challenging cert. I’m thinking of doing CCNA since I read it’s “better” than Network+ but I wanted to make sure there isn’t a better certification I could take that would make me more hire-able. For now I mostly just want to get an entry level job and start gaining work experience

HELP our betta is sick and we don't know what to do

Hello, we’re first time betta owners. If anyone could help us out. We’ve really become attached to “Levi” Short for Leviathan. The first picture is from today, the second is from yesterday. We’ve had him for two months and he was doing great and swam around a lot.  We were regularly changing his water and adding water conditioner. 2 weeks ago we suddenly noticed he was lethargic and his tail was damaged. The next day he stopped eating. We changed his water, gave him API Melafix for the recommended 7 days, moved his tank to a warmer room, and started feeding him different food. After two days his activity level and appetite were back to normal. However, his fins are still getting worse. The pet store said his fin rot was bacterial, but could it be fungal? Any advice?
