Found obvious mold/rot in my oz of snake venom recently Reached out politely to customer service and was told to send additional pictures that shows the whole batch was like that. Instead of taking accountability and making it right they treated me like I was the problem lol. I’m not mad at them just want people to know that their customer service is basically non existent so don’t expect much if you ever reach out to them.
