US threatens to block arms for Ukraine over refinery attacks
Seems like Trump is begging for a deal and begging Ukraine to stop the refinery attacks in russia.

Maybe instead of begging Ukraine to stop the attacks, he should be begging Putin? That would be far easier - only 1 phone call!
