Can anyone tell what’s this sound coming from the phonograph?

Also I want to point out 2 things:

  1. Yes the text is in russian because I am russian;
  2. I recorded this video on my steam deck OLED 1TB.
    But aside from these things, I really want to know what you guys think this sound is.

I just had this idea for a dlc where you play as Soviet soldier or spy. I thought about it, especially since I’m Russian, but I just can’t think of anything since I’m not that deep into soviet history. Do you guys have any ideas?
