I am having the hardest time with my diagnoses. I had fine BP all pregnancy then one day after discharge and an emergency c section I had a headache and stomach ache so I checked my BP it was 168/108 was rushed to emergency room and spent 3 days in the hospital on mag for 24 hours and then gave me 30mg of nifedipine and the doctor said I was responding well to the meds but everytime I measure my BP I’m still in the 130-140s over 90s. I asked to add another medication for my anxiety so they added a beta blocker twice a day but am still seeing high BP. Can anyone please help me with my anxiety? I got off all my meds for anxiety and now think I need to get back on them
