Found her behind a washing machine 4 days after my soul cat of 13 years passed away. I like to think she sent her to me. I couldn’t sleep the first 4 days because I always slept with her. Not having her around anymore has been so hard. Honestly she could’ve qualified as an emotional support animal, she was my main coping mechanism. Each time I’m sad I’d go to her only this time I can’t because she’s gone. Tomorrow will be a week without her. She always took care of me and she still is. I think she knew I needed something to take care of in her absence.
