Which petrol engine do you recommend for the MiTo?
Hi! I’m considering buying an Alfa Romeo MiTo and I’m specifically looking for a petrol engine, mainly for longer trips. Which petrol engine would you recommend in terms of fuel consumption, performance, reliability and maintenance costs?
I’m considering engines such as the 1.4 78 HP, 1.4 105 HP MultiAir, 1.4 135 HP MultiAir, 1.4 T-Jet, and 1.4 155/170 HP.
Which one would you personally choose, and which ones should I avoid? I’d especially appreciate opinions from people who actually own or have driven these engines.
