Was coming down the alley to go to Vertical Earth, then heard an officer over their loudspeaker telling someone to come out! Did a 180 and scrammed outta there!Anyone know what was happening?

Used to have a lady come snag them every year for her deer, but think she may have left CDA. I have maybe one to two barrel worth I'd hate to waste. Don't do FB, ND, Insta, etc., so thought I'd ask here. Near downtown and easy to access!
