Issue with brakes.

Hello over here, I'm having an issue with my car bakes, 2024 GH Gas, when they get hot, the car shakes like if the rotors were warped or uneven, when the rotorsar cold, it brakes smoothly. Does anyone already change them by another OEM ones or there is a better upgrade?

Surprise Surprise transmission leak

While performing an engine oil change, I noticed some dirty areas on the left side of the engine bay. I removed the entire splash shield and found this. It appears it may be a broken axle seal from when the CV axle was replaced by the dealer.
