My mom accidentally turned off the power switch where my Google nest hub max is plugged. When I turned it back on, it is stuck in this screen.

Before I did a factory reset, i tried the following:

1. cast a youtube video - video not displaying, but can hear audio

2. turned on nest cam - working

3. played a song from spotify - audio working

4. removed cable from power source

5. reboot from home app

Still stuck on the loading page so I did a factory reset.

I removed the device from Google Home first.

At the end of the setup, google is saying there was a problem setting up the device. Now, the hub is just displaying a white screen.

This sucks.
