Question: when/where do Re:Smile tickets appear?

So I won the re:smile foreign lottery and managed to get tickets, and now that the concert is close now where do I actually receive the ticket? I downloaded and made an account on the ticketplus e-ticket app thinking that was it. Is it? I’m unsure. Thanks for any help

Have a trip coming up soon and most of my spending money I’ve been saving up as cash. I wanted to ask if it would be better to deposit it to my bank and use my debit over there or maybe something different? Like maybe only depositing some of it and saving some of it for over there
