Used VW Alltrack purchase & Extended warranty question....

Greetings all!
I just purchased a used 2019 vw golf alltrack at 80,300 miles (1 owner clean title) and am really liking it so far. Prior to buying the car I bought the CarFax and I saw that the transmission fluid was changed at 43k miles and the "thermostat was replaced" at 50k miles. From my understanding of the vehicles those are the two most expensive items being serviced visibly right off the bat. I understand this is the 3rd generation of this engine but when the dealer offered me a 4 year 48k mile extended warranty for $3.5k I decided to go for it in concern for the drivetrain components as time goes on. Is this a valid choice, or should I cancel and save that money for repairs and services directly that may come down the line especially as I approach 100k? Thanks!
