I am on cachyos
i been looking for netlimiter long time tried trinkle
tried to create my own with vibe coding
i want to use it to download ollama and huggingface AI models
when i download them my family cant watch TV cause it takes all net

If you guys are using any netlimiter software or know how to limit ollama or any software using net please suggest
