Activision stole paid content from my bundle and their support team forcefully closed my tickets to avoid escalation
Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a ridiculous situation regarding Activision's predatory customer service. Back in MW2, I purchased the "Terror Task Force" bundle for 1,500 COD Points. My ONLY motivation for buying it was the "Highway Hazard" LTV vehicle skin with sirens.
Now in MW3, Activision completely gutted the bundle and removed the vehicle skin from my inventory. When I contacted support to report this product defect and simply asked for my 1,500 CP back (not real money, just my points so I can buy something that actually works), they gave me generic copy-pasted scripts about "all sales are final" under Section 11.
When I caught them lying and formally demanded my case to be escalated to a Supervisor/Billing Manager, they literally forcefully closed my tickets and blocked my ability to reopen or respond.
This is a clear case of false advertising and post-purchase item theft. They take our money, alter the product later, and then ban us from speaking to a manager. Absolute joke of a company.
