Slasher film (I think) where victims are turned into cardboard cutouts of themselves.
I have this core memory of staying at my grandparents house as a child. I slept on their couch in the living room. They waited for me to fall asleep before they watched this movie. I remember waking up and watching maybe 5-10 minutes of it before falling asleep again. What I remember seeing was a girl running to a car in a parking lot and finding a victim. Victim having been turned to a cardboard cutout of themself.
