Has anyone come across adding an external magnetic compass to the TS10S headunit?

I am looking to integrate this if there are any that use USB or something else in addition to the GPS signal already there. I believe this is very helpful in navigation

I got a tablet data line from Metro by T-Mobile, and they successfully added the unit's IMEI. But the connection did not work. I tried both IEMI1 and IEMI2. Also, I tried the manual APN method, but it still did not work.

Any help please?
