Greetings

I started playing again recently, just for my own relaxation. I used to perform about sixteen years ago. I started playing as a child and played back up percussion for a dance group my mother was a member of. I also played for another group at a local ren faire. My brother and I had a small band for a short period and played for dancers here and there. I own a Studio Elarabi sombaty drum. One of the best drums I have ever owned. Wished I would have had it in the beginning. I owned one of those ceramic Mid East drums in the beginning. I have owned a number of drums over the years but I only have the one pictured. So I will be lurking and reading posts here from time to time.

Big name model retailer and damaged order

I ordered HOn3 flex track, it arrived and the box was clearly damaged. All of the flex track inside had the ties ripped off the rails on all 5 pieces. I immediately took photos of the damaged box and track. I called customer service to report the damage and find out about replacement. They were very polite and said they would share the photos with their shipping department and get a replacement order to me. Its been two weeks now and I still dont have replacement for the damaged track. I called two days ago and again was told they would get the track to me. This is one of the big name model railroader retailers. Am I just supposed to accept that I am out 72 bucks and no track? How do I get my replacement without being an A-hole? My father used what I refer to as the F speech. I have made it my whole life as an adult not having to resort to his tactic but I can now see why he did it. Any suggestions?
