I often when whispering to myself, think how much sacred love was between Wang Lin and Li Muwan, I really liked the show for not making it bodily intimate or such. Though, whenever or as long as I remember there wasn't a marriage ceremony they held or anything after Wang Lin recued Li Muwan from the forced marriage. Was there any part related to it in the novel? Or do immortals don't indulge in mortal practices, though the forced marriage had a grand arrangement and vow making with the drink and all. Or was it simply that we are adults, we like each other and want to live with each other for life and no exaggerated ritual is required to make it feel official and truer.
