Rash multiple clinicians can't identify.

Age 9

Weight 39kg

Symptoms; Mild headache, Mild fever, aching limbs, lethargy (symptoms lasted 3 days) rash started on day 2 of symptoms, started around the neckline, spread over 6 days to every part of body. Incouding palms of hands and tops of feet. It continued to spread after initial symptoms subsided, lethargy continued throught the 6 days.

Rash was not sore or itchy, was not raised either, but some parts were hot to touch. He is fully vaccinated and they have ruled out; Measles, hand/foot/mouth, scarlet fever, slapped cheek and other genral suspected childhood illnesses.

Rash disappeared over night between the 6th/7th day.

He has been partial to viral rashes (but never on this scale) and does have bouts of eczema. He had full blood count 12 months ago which all came back normal.

Does anyone have any insight or idea what it could be?
