Hello, fellow DeLorean and BTTF fans! Ever since I bought the Speed Champions set (77256), I’ve absolutely loved it—the DeLorean and the movies have been a huge part of my life. However, I really missed having gull-wing doors, and I found it a hassle to have to swap wheels for hover mode and so on—common complaints that I agree with. I came across this MOC by Firefabric, and for me, it’s the only one that matters; it has to be this one. So, I’m asking those of you who bought the instructions directly: since I’m in Brazil, the pricing would be different—is credit card the only payment method? Or is there another option for international buyers? Also, does the PDF include a version without the light-up brick? Sorry if these seem like trivial or silly questions, but I’ve been planning this for months and I’m not sure what to do! Thanks a lot!

I was seeing some things of The Ecto 1 in The last days, and i caught myself with a question that i cant find in any resource, how many time The guys spend to make ALL the modifications necessary to turn The Cadillac into The Ecto 1?

I’ve had a real turning point in my life over the last few days (in a very satisfying way), and I was reminded of why I love the franchise so much, specifically because of Egon/Harold. When I first watched the movie, I must have been six or seven years old, I was absolutely captivated. What really drew me in wasn't the story, or the car, or anything like that; I was fascinated by Egon. I saw a strong personality, someone firm in his convictions and I realized just how much we were alike. I was very shy and quiet when I was younger, and seeing a reflection of myself in Egon made me feel so comforted and understood. As I finished high school, I began to realize that the "nerdy" side of me, the drive to research things and satisfy my curiosity came from that character. I also remember having a Ghostbusters-themed birthday party; I innocently asked my mom, "Mom, can the Ghostbusters come to my party?" It wasn't about the characters in general, though—it was all about Egon. To this day, the one thing I wish for more than anything is to have a brief word with Harold, give him a big hug, and say, "Thank you.”

Hi guys!! Since i was a little kid i grown up watching repeatedly Ghostbusters And Back to The Future, and i buy The lego set of speed Champions, and with that i have build The ecto-1 set with my own pieces, i gonna buy new mifigures because this Ghostbusters minifig are so old and their faces are fading, i gonna buy some pieces And Stickers to make It more acuratte!! Hope you guys enjoy It!!
