We are an expanding short-form video content agency looking for a reliable, disciplined Virtual Assistant to manage cold outreach across 4 assigned Instagram accounts.
Pay & Payout Schedule:
• Flat Rate: $5.00/hour
• Estimated Time: \\\~1.5 to 2 hours per day
• Payout Schedule: Paid monthly via PayPal, Wise, or Crypto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Target and reach out to specific creator niches (coaches, business owners, and talking-head creators).
• Send 200 total DMs daily across 4 assigned accounts (50 DMs/account/day).
• Strictly follow safety protocols: stagger messages (3–5 min gaps) and rotate scripts to keep accounts safe from action blocks.
• Personalize opening lines based on target prospect profiles, reels, or recent posts.
• Flag warm leads/inquiries immediately so our team can step in and close them.
Requirements:
• Moderate English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram and basic messaging.
• High reliability, attention to detail, and daily availability.
