I recently got an apisto ~3 months ago, and a couple days ago, I realized that she’s hiding a lot more than usual. She would often come up the glass and follow you around, but starting just the other day, she spends almost the entire day in the corner.

The first photo is before (~2 weeks ago), and the second photo is from today. She has an opaque poop(?) hanging out of her, which leads me to think either constipation or worms. Seeing that she’s not bloated, I would assume it to be worms.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, and have any treatment recommendations? I know parasite treatments can be pretty harsh, so I want to be sure that’s the issue before doing anything, but also want to catch it early.
