Was overnight dead last night?

Overnight usually sees some trade, but last night it looks like there was barely anything. Quite odd.

I thought there’s been another halt when I opened Robinhood and Trading 212 to see if there had been any movement

After all the excitement of the last month.. what is a realistic target for the next few weeks and months?

https://preview.redd.it/sjm5mi1pyjeh1.png?width=1326&format=png&auto=webp&s=0e9f0900846eaeede3ed5630e02ba4fba8d316b4

Its actually getting a bit boring watching it go sideways and I can't predict a target for this one beyond $3 unless earnings are fantastic, but even then.. I'm struggling with this.

  1. No breakouts are holding - and is that bad considering all the positive news released since the RS?

  2. Its still having to prove itself approaching resistance and every run higher gets sold off..

  3. How much of the shareholder base is still made up of people who got badly burned?

  4. If a lot of holders are sitting on huge losses, maybe every spike just becomes a chance to reduce exposure, which is creating this constant overhead supply. Then every dip is a chance to DCA, causing this constant rise and fall.. how long will this last?

  5. Has it just become (or remain, depending on who reads this) a pump n' dump meme penny stock in the eyes of the market, and thats why it won't go higher until earnings prove it one way or another?

I'd be interested to read educated opinions, not ai guff and not $100 by Thanksgiving.. I'd rather hear a factual bear case than a fantasy bullish one.

What is stopping this from holding breakouts and what are your realistic targets?

Gifs always welcome though 🤗

SRX isn't a pump and dump?

It's a pump, dump, a reverse split, a halt, a panic, another dump, a halt, a NAV release, a pump, a squeeze, another dump, more panic, then three years of therapy and tricky convo with your missus about why she needs to go back to work.. 😵‍💫

Serious question for those who have done DD

Genuine question for the people who have done the DD on this.. personally I’ve been in and out of this for months and made quite a good profit, and I’m still pissed at having some $$$’s locked up for the past couple of weeks.

So much noise here so really not interested in moon posts or bankruptcy posts.

Trying to separate facts from fiction here.

Bull case:
• Post-split OS looks around 21M
• EJ shares locked for 180 days
• Float could be materially lower than OS
• Astro dividend policy exists (but not confirmed as a definite and no time frame)
• EMJX transaction is complete (but very different to what was planned in Dec)

Bear case:
• ELOC history
• 5B authorised shares
• Dilution concerns
• Trust in management is damaged, especially EJ!
• No confirmed "big surprise" filing

Am I missing anything? What are your predictions on price today?

Also, can anyone with Level 2 / Bookmap / DAS / IBKR post an actual order book screenshot once SRXH starts trading? Interested in seeing real bid/ask depth rather than x, Stocktwits and Reddit screenshots..

40 minutes to go…

SEC Merger - watch this

Everyone is watching this like a hawk.. I’m seeing some big gains today, but I’ve made significant money on this stock over the last few months..

What we need is the SEC to update. This is THE confirmation that the merger has completed:

https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=0001471727

- It’s expected at any time from TODAY
- it’s already approved by shareholders, there is nothing that would reasonably stop it from happening that I can see from my research
- Eric Jackson’s shares will be locked up for 6 months, so ignore any of the bear rubbish spouted about that
- It has been heavily diluted since December - that’s a fact.
- Will the dilution mean a reverse split is ok the cards? Personally I don’t think so as Eric Jackson has generally been very much against them.. if it concerns you, maybe you should reconsider if it’s the right stock for you

Good luck all! This is going to be a fun week!
