Uhh guys I think I found a bug

Cut a clip into two, stretch both of them via shift+drag and make the crossfade. Then try to move a warp marker on either of the clips.

I've used Ableton for around 15 years and this is the first time I've encountered a bug. Usually the DAW or a VST crashes but nothing like this.

Kavinsky Died

Is there a more active edm sub? Seems pretty relevant to production too since he was a huge influence on modern synth stuff

Why are Ableton projects loading plugins without plugins scanning first?

Can someone help me understand this design decision? I was loading up some old projects, and thank you to the team for giving me a clear popup of what plugins are missing. I installed the plugins, and tried to open the project again. Same popup appeared, even though the plugins were installed and I saw that it was because some of the plugins were still scanning while the project already loaded.

I understand not wanting the project loading to sleep until plugins have done scanning (since that can take a while), but is it really not a possibility to for example keep the projects plugins on some cache, load the plugins, check when all plugins are scanned and then check the cache of plugins to see what is missing? I understand people want the project to load as fast as possible, but having some kind of a hold for plugins still scanning would still be faster than loading the whole project twice.
