Seeking advice on weight loss drugs

Idk how to even start this. There's no bearing around the bush here Im a morbidly obese man in my 20s. I've struggled with my weight for so so long. I feel like I've hot a breaking point, where I'm no longer able to be happy with my self and like the person I see in the mirror. All this to say this morning i decided to take my doctor up on the offer to take a generic brand of "it". I decided to take it, but I can't help but have this feeling of embarrassment/guilt. It's like I feel horrible for what I'm doing but I also feel like is this a life line out. Is this a way to the life I always wanted. Skinny enough to be active, not afraid of hiking, biking, walking(I know it sounds ridiculous but I can't bring my self to even do that). Or am I taking the easy way out. I have tried time and time again to defeat myself by always fail always don't like the results.
