GP met with me and talked about this being available now
So nervous about being diagnosed well I think it's anxiety and not nerves

Have lived my life struggling
Have had massive issues in school and leaving cert
Return to education at 37 and couldn't complete the course as I couldn't concentrate to get coursework done
Now I'm a fairly clever guy but I'm flagging all over the place for ADHD
My wife works as an sna and she is convinced I have ADHD although not diagnosed
I work as a social care support worker and even paperwork or jobs I have to work on I struggle completing
What are my options
I need to get diagnosed and get some help with my work and personal life
I am obese and part of my issue is over eating chasing dopamine hit
Was never heavy when I smoked but when I smoked I smoked 50 a day
Can't afford private diagnosis
Please help
