Currently as Per My Own Investigation,

A Hacker Known as "Angry Goose" is Somehow Causing an Infinite Looping Loading Screen Anytime You Launch Multiplayer...

No It's Not Your OpenSSL Patch,

No It's Not Your Overlays,

No It's Not Your Drivers or Extra Networking Connections, Etc.

ONLY ON WESTERN ORIENTED SERVERS THIS IS HAPPENING

I am Using Sao Paulo Data Centers & I Have No Issues. None.

Any Server Under Sao Paulo is also Effective. I Believe They Don't Have the Resources to Hit That Far. Let's Hope They Don't.

TLDR, Play On the Oversea Servers & You Should be Fine, a Little Latency Won't Hurt. Keep Fighting Pilots. We Beat the DDoSers. We Will Outlive This Pathetic Loser.
