Does anyone know where this lamp comes from? Is it worth anything?

I recently bought this lamp from an antique shop because I thought it was gorgeous. I tried looking for similar lamps but none of them had the wooden base and engraving of “The Green Shade Society” on it. Could you guys help me find this lamp? I think it might be worth a lot. Thank you!
