Advice for semi beginner kickboxer

Hi, ive been training for a lil bit now at this kickboxing gym. There are some specifics that I want to work on to get better, but i cant at the kickboxing gym because I dont think they have open gym days and even if they did I don't wanna go in there and embarass tf out myself. Could anybody help me w finding kickboxing related drills or workouts that i can do at the y instead?

These are what I want to work on and a short idea of what i have on the topic, but please offer ur insight too etc and lmk if im wrong on any of my takes too

  1. flow + rhythm - i wanna be able to shadow box or spar without having to think about the next move lol

  2. form - ion even think my form bad fr, but room for improvement is always there . for this im thinking sum along the lines of just repetitive drills (?)

  3. range + footwork - practice on maintaining a good range (further away for kicks closer for punches etc) and quick + smart footwork

  4. accuracy - im thinking prolly repetitive drills again , kicking in the same spot etc

  5. reaction time + timing in general - my rxn time mad slow and my timing off hella lol

  6. balance - cant balance for shit

Thats probably it!! im open minded to any sort of advice or insight. like if u wanted to add a 7th point i should work on do that too, i just want to get better because i really enjoy kick boxing. Thank u : )
