Hey everyone,
If you use Jio AirFiber, you probably already know how frustrating it is to pay the bill using external wallets. The Amazon Pay app usually refuses to fetch AirFiber bills under the "Broadband" or in Mobile Postpaid section , and the MyJio app often hides the Amazon Pay option at checkout.

If you have balance stuck in your Amazon Pay Wallet and want to use it for your jio AirFiber bill, I found a foolproof workaround that actually works:

The Browser "Incognito" Trick:

1. Open an Incognito / Private window on your phone or PC browser and go to Amazon.in (don't use the main Amazon app).
2. Log in and head over to Amazon Pay -> Mobile Postpaid (do NOT click Broadband).
3. The Trick: Enter 10-digit fixedline number that Jio gave you for your AirFiber connection, you can get it on my jio app easily.
4. Click Fetch Bill. Bypassing the app through the browser forces Amazon's desktop system to communicate with Jio's billing server.

Your bill will pop up immediately, and you can seamlessly check out using your Amazon Pay Wallet balance!
